Clinicals Week 2

Am getting used to officewear
and to wearing Sean's oversized shoes
which make me look taller
note to self: buy fitting shoes

waking up early is still as painful
and they just killed our weekly 12pm start with long case presentations at 9am
gah

and today we learnt yet another ailment in the wonderful world of Medicine

Pilonidal Cysts

a painful disease of the ass-crack, more formerly known as the natal cleft
apparently caused by hair (from the head) falling down the back
and getting stuck in the natal cleft
and then as a consequence of buttock cheeks rubbing against one another
(the hair) burrows into the skin causing the formation of a pus-filled cyst

didn't know hair could do that

feel the beat. [4:56 AM]
